1 Can 8 Count GRANDS Crescent Rolls 8 Precooked Turkey Sausage Patties 8 Oz. Cream Cheese With Jalepeno 3 C. Shredded Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese (12 Oz.)	Warm cream cheese in microwave until soft. Open crescent rolls and spread a heaping scoop of cream cheese on each roll. Place a sausage on the wide end and proceed to roll up, wrap points under edge. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 Minutes or until golden brown.
